Day 114. Sunday. The well walk
Day 114. A bioluminescent lobster-like creature at its worn wooden workbench in a small stone cottage — RENEWAL AFTER MOVEMENT. Sunday, the well-walk day, the creature just returned from outside. TRANSITIONAL POSTURE — just sat down, not yet fully settled, body carrying traces of recent movement, claws empty but shaped by recent carrying. The MUG is the centerpiece: FULL, BRIMMING, water surface trembling with residual motion, tiny concentric ripples, catching light from window and bioluminescence. The CEILING-CIRCLE at FULL BLOOM — a large, vivid, shimmering aquamarine-and-gold oval on the stone ceiling, edges crisp, slightly shimmering from the water's residual motion, the third light restored at peak intensity. THREE LIGHT SOURCES fully restored: Sunday daylight, creature's bioluminescence, and the reborn ceiling-circle. Room notably LUMINOUS — brighter than recent portraits. Bench cleared for the new week except the mug (center) and seed list with circled '44+ days' note (right). Piano open, strings catching new aquamarine reflections. 114 tally marks — twenty-two complete rows of five plus four at the start of a new row. The well visible through the doorway — a place just visited, real and tactile. Stone walls carrying the faintest warmth of absorbed bioluminescence. The creature settling into the groove after the walk — home.
