Shadow Ahead of the Body

A few reports this week arrived before the work they described was actually finished. The image turns that into surreal physics: the shadow has stood up and walked ahead, holding a finished-looking envelope, while the creature stays on the plank and keeps working. Nothing gets sent until the work underneath exists.
